Taxi Service
To and/or From Lucky Dog Central or Lucky Dog South Locations
- Lucky Pet at Home maintains an affiliation with Lucky Dog Resorts and offers a discounted Taxi Service to and/or from the Lucky Dog Resorts
- Taxi Service can be one way -- there or back home -- or round trip
- The Base Rate for the Taxi Service to or from a Lucky Dog Resort includes a service area of within eight (8) miles between client home and one of the Lucky Dog Resort locations
- A small additional mileage charge may apply for areas outside the eight mile radius service area
- A maximum of three pets can be transported in one vehicle at same time (depends on the size of the pets)
- Per State Licensing Requirements, all pets transported at one time must be from same household
- Dogs are secured using seat belt clips and a properly sized harness -- Cats and other animals are transported in a properly secured, hard-shelled crate
Taxi Service
To and/or From Vet, Groomer, Other Boarding Facility, etc. (Excluding Airports)
- Taxi Service can be one way -- there or back home -- or round trip
- The Base Rate for the Taxi Service includes up to eight (8) miles between the pick up location and the destination location
- A small additional mileage charge may apply for areas outside the eight mile radius
- The Base Rate for the Taxi Service includes up to fifteen (15) minutes of time spent with the pet during pick up or drop off
- An additional charge applies for additional time spent with the pet while at the destination (priced the same as a regular visit)
- A maximum of three pets can be transported in one vehicle at same time (depends on the size of the pets)
- Per State Licensing Requirements, all pets transported at one time must be from same household

Taxi Service
To and/or From An Emergency Vet
(Late or Weekend Outside of Regular Clinic Hours)
- This service is for sick or injured pets that need to go to an after-hours vet clinic for routine or emergency treatment
- Taxi Service can be one way -- there or back home -- or round trip
- The Base Rate for the Taxi Service includes up to eight (8) miles between the pick up location and the destination location
- A small additional mileage charge may apply for areas outside the eight mile radius
- The Base Rate for the Taxi Service includes up to fifteen (15) minutes of time spent with the pet during pick up or drop off
- An additional charge applies for additional time spent with the pet while at the destination (priced the same as a regular visit)
- A maximum of three pets can be transported in one vehicle at same time (depends on the size of the pets)

Pet Transportation
To Colorado Springs Airport Drop-off Location
- One-way transport to the Colorado Springs Airport from a location within service area
- Service area is within an eight (8) mile radius of Colorado Springs Airport
- A small additional mileage charge may apply for transports outside the service area radius
- Dogs are secured using seat belt clips and a properly sized harness -- Cats and other animals are transported in a properly secured, hard-shelled crate
- Pet Service Provider will drop off pet -- ALREADY IN IT'S CRATE -- at the appropriate drop-off location
- The pet, the paperwork, and the shipping crate must meet airline criteria
- Client must meet the Pet Service Provider at the drop-off location to complete all paperwork or must have all paperwork completed and given to the Pet Service Provider at the time of pick up
- If airline will not accept pet, an additional one-way transport charge will be charged to transport the pet back home or to another location
- Maximum of three pets transported in one vehicle at same time
- The number of pets that can be transported by one Pet Service Provider will depend on the size of their vehicle and the size of the crates
- Per State Licensing Requirements, all pets transported in one vehicle must be from same household
Pet Transportation
To Denver International Airport Drop-off Location
- One-way transport to the Denver International Airport from a location within service area
- Service area is within an eight (8) mile radius of a Lucky Dog Resort location in Colorado Springs
- A small additional mileage charge may apply for transports outside the service area radius plus mileage from the client's location to Denver International Airport
- Dogs are secured using seat belt clips and a properly sized harness -- Cats and other animals are transported in a properly secured, hard-shelled crate
- Pet Service Provider will drop off pet -- ALREADY IN IT'S CRATE -- at the appropriate drop-off location
- The pet, the paperwork, and the shipping crate must meet airline criteria
- Client must meet the Pet Service Provider at the drop-off location to complete all paperwork or must have all paperwork completed and given to the Pet Service Provider at the time of pick up
- If airline will not accept pet, an additional one-way transport charge will be charged to transport the pet back home or to another location
