Meet Our Pet Care Providers
You can read about each of pet care providers by clicking on their name.
Each Pet Care Provider is given a level of service rating at the time they hire on. We start everyone at Level 1 and they work their way up to level 5. The Ratings are as such.
Pet Care Providers Level of Service / Ratings:
Level 1: New Contract Employee who has only basic training.
Orientation, Pet Care Management System Training, New Client paperwork, and Initial visit training in house and out in the field. No Experience
Level 2: New Contract Employee who has only basic training.
Orientation, Pet Care Management System Training, New Client paperwork, and Initial visit training in house and out in the field. Completed Pet CPR and Pet First Aid, Medication administration and insulin injections. Can prove proficiency in each category and became certified.
Level 3: Completed the first 3 chapters of training.
Level 4: Has completed all in house training and is certified in all training and been with the company a minimum of 6 months.

Level 5: Has Continuing Education Credits or has other duties besides pet care and has been with the company for a year or longer.

Owner
I am Pet Sitter International Certified Pet Care Provider. I am Pet CPR and Pet First Aid Trained and Medication Administration, Insulin injections and Sub-Q fluid administration trained. I am in the process of writing my own training curriculum. I personally train all my team members. I run the office most of the time, but I do love getting out and hanging with the pets.

Jessica has been with Lucky Pet at Home since our incorporation of January 1, 2017
She actually joined our team in 2016, when we were still part of Lucky Dog Resorts.
She has been our manager since the middle of the 2017. She is our co-manager. She goes above and beyond not only for our clients but also as co-manager. She stays on top of all her training and is always one of the first ones to complete any new training we have.

Heather is CPR and Choking Pet Certified. She stays on top of all her training and is also one of the first ones to complete new training. She has been a wonderful asset to our company. She is always available when you need her, even last second.
